Paid Time Off
RBC Medical Innovations believes that employees need time to rest and recharge in order to perform at the highest level of engagement. We offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program, which empowers employees to use their time for vacation, sick leave, medical appointments, family illness, or any leave of absence.
Full time employees are also provided with eleven paid holidays, of which four are floating holidays that they can take during the calendar year. We celebrate the individual by rewarding everyone a floating holiday for their birthday, which can be used at their convenience. RBC Medical Innovations encourages all of its employees to take advantage of our holiday program to connect and celebrate with their family, friends, and interests.

RBC Medical Innovations offers all full time employees a Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan with company contribution, and immediate vesting.
Health, Vision, and Dental
RBC Medical Innovations provides Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with an extensive network of physicians, hospitals, and health care providers from which to choose, as well as out-of-network options for unique situations. Coverage options are available for employees, their spouse, and/or eligible dependents. These plans are coupled with an HSA that includes a generous employer contribution that is not contingent on the employee to contribute.
Life Insurance / Long- and Short-term Disability
All full time employees are provided fully paid life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance, and long- and short-term disability insurance.
